It is the easiest way of connecting between Martello Valley in the north (BZ) and the Peio Valley in the south (TN). From the Cevedale Alpine Lodge passing through path no. 103, bypass the rocky hill on the left, and go to a large canal until you get to the Rocky Forcella.
