From the lodge follow for a few minutes the footpath no. 103 headed for the Forcola pass, then turn left between the last grassy areas following the route to the glacier, then cross a stream. On the debris climb up to reach its highest point in the moraine which rises steeply to the height of the La Mare Glacier . Then continue until you arrive at the Col de la Mare (3,442 m) and at the end turn left up to the top.Then go down on the so called “Ghiaccaio dei Forni” (the Forni Glacier) until the morains and continue on the trail until you arrive at the Lodge.
